On January 1, 1984, Renato Schüpbach fulfilled a dream: he opened his business, Schüpbach Fahrzeugelektrik GmbH. He had always wanted to work for himself before his thirtieth birthday. He had now fulfilled this dream. Schüpbach Fahrzeugelektrik GmbH has three pillars: workshop work (garage), trading in spare parts and electrical/electronic work. In the family business, Renato Schüpbach handles the administration and is responsible for the spare parts warehouse. His wife, Hanni Schüpbach, works in the background as an assistant and is responsible for the spare parts

Delivery service. Son Marc Schüpbach is a trained car mechanic who works in the workshop and in sales, where he coordinates and carries out the work. The other son, Pascal Schüpbach, is a trained automotive mechatronics engineer and automotive diagnostician EFA in the workshop and is responsible for everything electrical/electronic. On January 1, 2019, Renato Schüpbach handed the company over to the 2nd generation (Corinne, Marc and Pascal).
